Full 24/7 emergency service. Guaranteed emergency repair
response time of 2 hours and 1 to 3 days for non-emergency
repair and moves, additions and changes (MAC orders).

3. REMOTE PROGRAMMING
Programming changes can be made remotely, where facilities
exist, in a timely and cost-effective manor.
4. WARRANTY
Extended Warranty Agreements are available on a monthly,
quarterly or annual basis. Cabletek Systems also offers
privileges and incentives to customers under this type of
agreement.
5. TRAINING
We offer customized training for your staff, receptionist
and administrator in order to maximize the return on your
investment. Additional training is available upon request.
6. CONSULTING SERVICES
Highly trained telecommunications professionals are
available to consult with for all your telecommunications
needs.
7. CO-ORDINATION WITH TELCO
Cabletek Systems will be responsible for all co-ordination
with the Telco (Line Carrier) relating to the ordering of new
services, change of lines, etc.
8. AFTER HOURS INSTALLATION
Cabletek Systems can provide after-hours or weekend
installations upon request so that your organization will not
lose telephone service during crucial business hours.
9. EXPEDITED CUTOVER
Delivery and installation of your telephone and data
systems, under standard conditions will occur within 2 to 4
weeks from the date of authorization subject to the site being
ready and the Telco services installed. The time period may be
reduced under certain circumstances if required.
10. FINANCING OPTIONS
Financing options include lease to own with either
fair-market-value or $10 buyback or rental plans
11. SERVICE POLICY
Full 24/7 service. Guaranteed emergency repair response
time of 3 hours for a major system failure, and 48 hours for
routine repair response calls. Technical representatives are
on call to provide emergency service when required.
12. WARRANTY
With a Tyco (AMP) structured cabling system, there is a
Manufacturer’s 25-year warranty on all material, backed by
Cabletek’s 25-year warranty on installation.
13. VOICE & DATA CABLE MANAGEMENT
We provide a full range of cable management systems for
your network needs. One of our network consultants will work
with you to ensure you receive the necessary and specific
hardware for optimal current performance and future growth.
14. CONSULTANT SERVICE
Consult with our RCDD and our other highly trained
telecommunications professionals to keep you up to date on the
latest innovative technology and standards. This includes
voice/data cabling protocol, LAN/WAN, wireless systems and
outside plant (OSP) including directional boring and aerial
installations.
15. CO-ORDINATION WITH TELCO
Cabletek Systems can assist our clients with the
co-ordination with your Telco relating to the change of
systems, lines, etc.
16. AFTER HOURS INSTALLATION
We can provide an optional quote for after hours or weekend
installations so that your employees and your organizations
workweek will not be interrupted.

Cabletek completely outlines the scope or work and bill of
materials necessary for a full and concise quotation.
